Middle school faith formation builds upon elementary faith formation. The program is designed to transition youth from an elementary understanding of the faith to preparing them to enter Confirmation Preparation. Approaching faith formation at a developmental level, we strongly encourage middle school youth to also attend Junior Youth Ministry (JYM) events. Our program is designed to work in sync with each other. Visit the youth ministry page for more information!
Classes meet from August through early May.
We expect that parents will bring their children to Mass either before or after class. The Eucharist is the source and summit of our faith and we prioritize the celebration of the Mass.

Parents are the first and primary catechist of their children. Please take some time to consider your options. If you have questions, please contact our Director of Catechetical Ministries.

Seventh and Eighth grades are a combined class that meets Sundays from 9:45am to 11:15am in the Hospitality Room.
7th and 8th grade students are firmly middle schoolers--in all that entails! They are curious, excitable, confident, and active! Our classes approach the question "where/to whom do I belong?" by discussing the Sacraments. Youth will use Faith and Life: The Life of Grace.

Parents whose children are enrolled in Catholic schools may choose to have their child do their faith formation there. Please simply register your child as a Catholic school student on a faith formation registration form.
